The fastest way to get a copy of your results is by accessing the patient portal, please note reports and images are available in the portal once the radiologist signs off, this may take 3-5 business days.

To pick up a copy of your results:

Written Report: You can visit any SDMI location during normal business hours.

CD of Images: Please use our online request form.  We’ll text you when your order is ready, no call is necessary

• CDs are ready within 3-5 business days, available for pickup 7:30am-4:30pm at 2950 South Maryland Parkway
• CDs are not made until your report is finalized. (If you request on the same day as your appointment, processing time begins after your radiologist signs off)
• A text notification will be sent to the provided mobile number when the CD is ready for pick up
• If not picked up within 5 days, the CD will be destroyed, and a reprint fee will be charged
• The initial copy of images and report is provided at no cost. Additional copies will incur a $10 fee each

Your referring doctor can view your images and report as soon as they are available through the Referring Doctor Portal.
