My wife visited Steinberg Imaging Center for a Scan and she received incredible Customer Care. Both Katelyn and Mike were fantastic. Katelyn was very caring treating my wife as if she were a VIP! She informed her every step of the Process. Mike called me to confirm the appointment and was amazing on the phone and then he invited me into the scan with my wife. He explained everything that was going to take place and made sure she was comfortable. He was very professional and showed exceptional customer concern. Every single time I have been in for a test, the staff (technologists) were so considerate of my questions/comfort/anxiety. They always walk me through the procedure and talk to me during the procedure. I cannot say enough good things about these technologists. Professional, know their stuff, courteous and really care about the patient.
