Born and raised in Los Angeles, CA, Cynthia has a strong Customer Service background beginning her career in retail and hospitality including VIP reservations and concierge. Her experience lead her to Healthcare recognizing her desire to help people was better served in a patient care setting. Cynthia joined team SDMI in 2019 as part of the Front Desk/Check In staff, her customer service skills and passion for empowering others shined through quickly and in less than a year was promoted to Assistant Office Manager and then Office Manager. Now Office Manager of the Southwest location Cynthia is putting her certification as a Medical Office Specialist to the test.
In her off time, Cynthia connects with family and spoils her dogs. She lives by the Kobe Bryant quote “The most important thing is to try and inspire people so that they can be great at whatever they want to do.”
