Angie Cosca: Tech Impact Volunteer of the Year for Mentorship in Healthcare Technology
Angie Cosca, SDMI’s Chief Information Officer (CIO), was named a Tech Impact Volunteer of the Year for her extraordinary service to the Southern Nevada tech community. Angie’s volunteerism includes mentoring students through Tech Impact’s IT Works program, supporting technology-focused nonprofits, and advocating for digital equity.

Stacey Webb: HealthCare Quarterly Recognition for Administrative Excellence in Outpatient Imaging
Stacey Webb, SDMI’s Chief Administrative Officer(CAO), was recognized in HealthCare Quarterly’s Health Care Headliners 2025 Vol 48 edition for Administrative Excellence. Her award honors her work as a healthcare manager and administrator, where she leads initiatives related to regulatory compliance, accreditation standards, and patient experience enhancement. Rachel Papka: Genesys Finalist for Customer and Employee Experience Innovation
Rachel Papka, SDMI’s Chief Innovation Officer (CINO),was named a Finalist in the 2025 Genesys Customer Innovation Awards, with SDMI’s entries selected in three prestigious categories: EX Optimizer, Level Up, and Orchestrator of the Year.
Her work in transforming SDMI’s call center using the Genesys platform demonstrates how innovation in communication systems can drastically improve patient care, reduce wait times, and enhance both employee and customer experience.
